Curriculum Maps

At Bulwell St Mary's, we are ambitious about what pupils can achieve. Our curriculum is written to match this ambition, ensuring pupils know and can do more, ready for the next stage of their education. We believe that knowledgeable pupils are confident pupils. Therefore, we aim to ensure that our pupils leave Bulwell St Mary's believing they can achieve what they put their mind too and feeling like they belong anywhere.

P.E Progression Document

For P.E, we use a combination of Real P.E and Premier Sports coaches. Each unit is mapped out with clear progression. These documents are available by request as paper copies due to the commercial nature of them.

Music Progression Document

For Music, we use the Charanga scheme of learning. Each year group has a new half-termly focus with units mapped out to progress through the years. Progression documents are available by request as paper copies due to the commercial nature of them.

Spanish

At Bulwell St Mary's, we have chosen Spanish as our language of choice. Children in Key Stage Two access weekly lessons, with teachers using resources by Language Angels. As with music and P.E, these schemes are written to ensure progression between units and across year groups, with documents available by request as paper copies due to their commercial nature.
