St Mary’s C of E Primary School and the Transform Trust are looking to appoint an inspirational leader to the post of Deputy Head Teacher.
St Mary’s C of E Primary School has overtime, developed an infrastructure which recognises and supports children’s wellbeing throughout school. We are looking for a Deputy Head Teacher to help lead the future and build upon recent successes.
We believe that a significant impact can be achieved for our school with the right vision, the ability to engage others and deliver a strategic plan that demonstrates a passion for enabling children to learn.
The role will carry with it a strategic teaching commitment which will be a maximum of two days a week. This will not be attached to any whole class responsibility. This presents a great opportunity to lead teaching and learning by example, having a substantial influence on both staff and children.
Bulwell St Mary’s C of E Primary School has begun a programme to reduce its PAN due to building capacity for its previous 45 intake.

Inspire a passion in others so as to create leaders at every level though out the school
Care passionately about children and their development maintaining high expectations for attainment and progress
Demonstrate a pro-active ability to use and interpret data to identify gaps and plan next steps
